Over 20 years ago I used to work at BHS with a Joyce Parsons and sadly I think this is her. I loved working with Joyce as we were always laughing and chatting (whilst getting our work done of course). Joyce loved her family dearly and she would often talk about Derek who she missed very much. Sending my love and thoughts to her family xx
